Today we are a team of 14 people based in Paris and Belgrade. Our Paris offices are located at Station F, the biggest startup incubator in the world. We are proud to count more than 50 clients in 18 different countries.

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Customer Success Manager to join our company.

You will understand customer outcomes through ongoing collection and analysis of data and feedback and turn this into onboarding and retention strategies. You’ll be involved in all aspects of support, account management, provide trainings, educating customers and more. All team members look to customer success for input across all key decisions.

  • Gather feedback from customers and help them implement our tools successfully
  • Represent the voice of the customer to provide input into every core product, marketing and sales process
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to support renewals and expansion opportunities
  • Serve as the primary contact for the onboarding of new customers: manage the kickoff meeting and trainings for admins and end users , the training of platform end users, as well as post go-live support
  • Collaborate with the engineering and development team to set up or configure our software platform as per customers’ requirements and troubleshoot technical issues raised by customers
  • Prepare a strategy for implementing quarterly business reviews and build engagement with existing customers
  • Analyze accounts that have been lost, identify reasons for churning and build a strategy to win customers back
  • Respond to customer support inquiries via phone, email and intercom

Preferred Experience

Experience

  • 2+ years customer success or account management experience in a SaaS or software company.
  • Experience working with a portfolio of accounts, supporting a highly technical product
  • Proven track record of working in a customer facing role

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent academic qualifications; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience working with customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible approach, able to operate effectively with uncertainty and change
  • Financial knowledge
