For this, we designed and developed a software ecosystem for investors, with whom we work every day to understand their needs and transform this industry.

Today we are a team of 14 people based in Paris and Belgrade. Our Paris offices are located at Station F, the biggest startup incubator in the world. We are proud to count more than 50 clients in 18 different countries.

Job Description

At Kushim, we truly believe in our big mission : helping Venture Capital teams manage their investments from fundraising to exit!

As an UI/UX Designer , you will be responsible for delivering the best online user experience, which makes your role extremely important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

You will be designing ideas and features that address our customerss needs and help us grow our customer base.

Preferred Experience

YOUR ROLE WILL CONSIST OF:

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards and process flows
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
Create prototypes for new product ideas
Conduct an ongoing user research

YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU HAVE :

Ability to discuss and explain design options
Detail oriented
Knowledge of design and prototyping software (Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Zeplin, Marvel...)
Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
Affinity with our industry
