Job Description

At Kushim, we truly believe in our big mission : helping Venture Capital teams manage their investments from fundraising to exit!

The Kushim Customer Success Manager is responsible for serving customers in 25+ countries. It requires proactive work with different stakeholders to illustrate the value delivered through Kushim’s software and services. The performance of the individual is based on metrics associated with customer adoption, expansion and retention.

Preferred Experience

YOUR ROLE WILL CONSIST OF:

  • Actively serve a portfolio of assigned accounts including some of the world’s leading venture capital firms
  • Understand how the product works and teach customers how to use it
  • Ensure effective onboarding, adoption and use of Kushim’s software
  • Collaborate with the sales team to expand customer relationships and ensure renewals
  • Collaborate with marketing to prepare customer testimonials
  • Perform consistent quarterly business reviews for your customers

YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU HAVE :

  • Ease in speaking with stakeholders at all levels : from analysts to chief finance officers, managing partners and IT managers.
  • Validated results in a prior customer success role that required high technical and commercial skills
  • English communication and writing skills are on point
  • Demonstrated success overachieving (professionally/personally)

EXPECTED OUTCOMES :

  • Deep product adoption across customer accounts
  • Identification of upselling/cross selling opportunities
  • High revenue retention with limited churn and downsells
  • High NPS and customer satisfaction scores
