Kushim is designed and thought out like a B2C product even though we are a B2B company. It’s a beautiful, high-performance product that is easy to use. The design of Kushim makes the product and the service very special. Design is not the shape or the color of the interface but the global user experience from the distribution model to the client onboarding, the pricing, the way that we guide our clients and help them to achieve their goal, the way that information is organized. We bring order in complexity to make things clear and easy to use. We believe that if our user spends more than 5 hours everyday on a software, this software needs to be perfect, because it will directly impact their performance.

Kushim was founded in 2017, the founding team comes from the private equity or venture capital ecosystem and they all experienced the same problem: there wasn’t any software designed specifically for this ecosystem.

Today, We are a team of 25 people based in Paris and Belgrade and we are all following the same mission: to improve the flow of information and bring transparency to the whole financial industry. Our goal is not only to improve the performance of investment funds, but to accelerate their growth as well.

Job Description

Business Developer at Kushim

As a Business Developer, you will join an ambitious team and your mission will be to participate in our growth. We are looking for someone who is comfortable making dozens of calls per week, generating interest to C-level executives, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

As part of our sales team, you will report directly to our CEO.

You will:

  • Perform market research to identify new opportunities and build your pipeline
  • Be focus on a specific market 
  • Perform qualification of your leads
    • Key informations
    • Prospect mapping
    • Prospect’s objectives
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with Kushim prospects and customers
  • Evangelize Kushim software through product demonstrations, field events and account-specific initiatives
    • Perform demo in front of multiple C-level executives
    • Focus the demo to address and solve specific pain points
    • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
  • Understand prospect’s needs
  • Close sales and achieve sales targets
    • Follow-up prospects while they are in trial period
    • Provide all necessary resources (product documentation etc..)
    • Answer all prospect’s questions
    • Negotiate pricing and terms with prospects
  • Keep CRM up to date 
  • Report directly to the CEO

Preferred Experience

You may be a fit for this role if you have:

We are looking for someone who doesn’t fear challenges and is looking to have a significant impact on the company’s growth.

  • You have experience in B2B software sales Past experience in the SaaS or ERP industry is a plus
  • Successful track record selling software online
  • Native English Our customers are all around the world, English is the primary language with them and we built an international team so English is also the primary language in the team French is not mandatory to work at Kushim
  • You have a keen interest in the tech and/or finance industry We are working in a specific industry, if you already have experience in this industry or if you are interested in and already understand how the investment world is working you will love to work at Kushim!
  • Excellent communication You will have to communicate a lot with our customers, your oral and written skills must be perfect
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoys new challenges
  • You are curious about a product and want to become a specialist about it
