Kushim is the only all-in-one solution in the financial industry. We manage every single aspect of the investor journey. We want to be the only software used by our clients.

Kushim is designed and thought out like a B2C product even though we are a B2B company. It’s a beautiful, high-performance product that is easy to use. The design of Kushim makes the product and the service very special. Design is not the shape or the color of the interface but the global user experience from the distribution model to the client onboarding, the pricing, the way that we guide our clients and help them to achieve their goal, the way that information is organized. We bring order in complexity to make things clear and easy to use. We believe that if our user spends more than 5 hours everyday on a software, this software needs to be perfect, because it will directly impact their performance.

Kushim was founded in 2017, the founding team comes from the private equity or venture capital ecosystem and they all experienced the same problem: there wasn’t any software designed specifically for this ecosystem.

Today, We are a team of 25 people based in Paris and Belgrade and we are all following the same mission: to improve the flow of information and bring transparency to the whole financial industry. Our goal is not only to improve the performance of investment funds, but to accelerate their growth as well.

Job Description

Growth Hacker at Kushim

The Growth Hacker is a key role in our objectives for 2021. You will be responsible for designing and implementing all our lead generation campaigns and growth strategy. Measuring the impact and performance of all your actions in order to always improve and iterate the strategy.

You will be a pioneer of our Marketing team.

You will:

  • Be responsible of the Lead Generation and Growth Hacking strategy
  • Design a strategy adapted to our target market
  • Design specific strategies and campaigns for specific market segments
  • Implement this strategy operationally
  • Coordinate your strategy and campaigns with our Business Development Manager to be aligned with the sales objectives
  • Make the world knows about our software
  • Coordinate with the product team to always stay up to date with new features release
  • Implement the product communication for all our prospects
  • Analyse, interpret, and report response
  • Setup analysis tools to help you to manage your campaigns
  • Interpret the impact and performance of your campaigns in order to iterate and improve our strategy
  • Report your results directly to the CEO
  • Be a pioneer of our Marketing team

Preferred Experience

You may be a fit for this role if you have:

We are looking for someone who doesn’t fear challenges and is looking to have a significant impact on the company’s growth.

  • You have experience in B2B marketing - This position will require to be autonomous so B2B marketing experience is required (2+ years)
  • You have successful track records generating leads
  • You love to find creative ways to generate leads
  • Past experience in the SaaS industry is a plus
  • You are fluent in English
  • We built an international team and our target market is the world so English is the primary language at Kushim
  • French is not mandatory to work at Kushim
